Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are the backbone of Meals on Wheels in your community. We are in continual need of new volunteers to drive more than 90 local Meals on Wheels routes countywide each week day, and for other volunteer opportunities that become available.
Volunteer Drivers
Individuals, families, service clubs and other groups can volunteer to drive a route in their local community one or more days per week, delivering approximately 16 meals per day. The late morning time commitment is about 1½ hours from start to finish. Volunteers are trained by experienced drivers before delivering a route on their own. For volunteer opportunities in your community, please call the phone number in your area.
Non-Driver Opportunities
If you have skills or talents that you feel would make a useful contribution to the mission and purpose of Meals on Wheels, please call us at: 866·669·6697. Or email us using our online form to discuss possible opportunities.
